  This series is fascinating, truly this is a masterclass in fabrication of car body panels. Very few people possess either the skills or the patience. Keep at it, the final result will be well worth it.

  Pop your ear protection on. I didn’t for years and now I have tinnitus and going deaf in my left ear. I do it now but the damage is done. Really enjoying the episodes! 👌

  The panel that goes around the fuel filler neck incorporates the end of the inner sill.<br>The main inner sill overlaps with spot welds the fuel filler surround panel.<br>Those flanges at the end of the main inner sill are to suit overlapped repair sections,not like the were welded from the factory.<br>You would need to modify the end of the inners sills to match the factory overlaps.<br>Check the oe exploded drawings for the bodyshell floor panel sections.
