I would like to believe they could have prevented this disaster. But I have no idea. Horrible and shocking

Yes..<br>The problem was the method of extraction of materials other than coal from the pit.<br>Solid shovels throwing soil slack slag stone waste and other waste into the tubs along with coal without sifting it led to instability below and above ground...<br>A different implemrnt was required something similar to the Irish 'greip'<br>fork used for digging potatoes adapted for coal removal...<br>The coal shovel was inefficient as a method of coal and slag removal...<br>I remember my mother being heartbroken about this tragedy...<br>Corporate manslsughter...<br>😢<br>As usual Queenie late to the 'party' photo opportunity...!

Excellent but visual spoiled by blobs. If the images were perfect but spoiled by a commentary with annoying coughing you get where I'm coming from.
