  I remember seeing this in a yellowed old game magazine in my library back in the mid 90s.<br><br>&quot;Abominable Snow Burns&quot; has stuck in my head ever since as such a bizarre but endlessly entertaining concept.

  You&apos;re right on the money with the Ice Cave levels feeling like a prototype- there&apos;s leftovers from an in-engine level editor still in the final game, accessible in a very obvious manner (controller 2 moves around the first indexed object in both of &apos;em, more detail on that on the game&apos;s TCRF pages), which to me is a pretty strong indication that they were the last levels being worked on when the game went out the door and probably didn&apos;t get very far.<br><br>Why on earth are they still using Jebediah Springfield&apos;s cut off head for invincibility? Season 2&apos;s come and gone by the time this game wraps up, after all: Season 2 ended July &apos;91 and the game came out in December (Presumably would have ended development in the fall- might have even been a few s3 episodes aired, depending on when they finished). Even if they were choosing abstract power-ups from the episodes, something like the titular Comic Book (3 Men and a Comic Book) or his Evil Knievel helmet (Bart the Daredevil) surely would have made more sense.

  I&apos;ve been binging these Simpson game videos and I&apos;m amazed at how little views they have at the moment they&apos;re so well made and researched hoping these videos start get recommended to more people soon

  Pretty sure the elves in the secret level are the Happy Little Elves, the Simpsons&apos; Smurfs spoof, plus a caricature of Matt Groening. That&apos;s a nice touch.

  I feel like these videos will get super popular eventually. I have never seen a video be so through with the old Simpson’s game before and I loved watching every minute of it!
