Cop assaults someone "and as result he's no longer with the department" - is not accountability. When public assault someone we are indicted, charged and jailed. Its a double standard made evident by the fact cops get to investigate cops - imagine if all criminals got to investigate criminals, "and as result they no longer go to jail".

What you realize here is if you are a victim of police brutally you are not only up against the police officer but you up against the police department, police union , city or town , the prosecutor, the court, and judge . They are all one

Even the internal affairs cop that knew that they were wrong, still defended the illegal stop. This further speaks to the attitude of most of law enforcement today that they can just stop and control any individual for their idiotic hunches!
