Not only did he break the guys ankle he made him walk on it and mocked him when he cried out in pain, this cop is a sadistic evil person and needs jail time for public safety

Anyone notice?  He can’t remember how many fist fights he’s been in.  I’m 70 and I can remember every fight I’ve been in since early days of school.
