  One of my favorite things to do in Cyberpunk is climb buildings using the double jump augment. It&apos;s surprisingly fun to find ways to get to the top, and usually you can find a lot of unfinished areas that they never expected people to get to

  That bump, I can tell you exactly what it is. Someone ordered materials for a project (mulch, soil, maybe wood chips) and never followed through. They kept telling themself they’d get to it and over the next year or so, moss and grasses grew over it.

  I think I remember hearing that there was a guy at cdpr who’s job was literally designing trash. Like they had a garbage specialist whose job was to make realistic, believable garbage, and put them in believable places.

  Fun fact: you can get over the border wall with the right cyberware. You can go back to the town you start in if you pick nomad. There’s only a single npc there, grilling. If you follow the roads, you’ll find some unfinished structures without floors and stuff, and you can go to a mountain range that eventually leads you off of the map and into the void

  I think the empty relaxation boxes are amazing environmental storytelling, it&apos;s like the corp&apos;s are saying<br>&quot;We care about our employees, so we built relaxation boxes&quot;<br>But there&apos;s no way any corporate employee&apos;s have the time and luxury to take a break, so they&apos;re empty.

  The BioTechnica farm &quot;garage&quot; is a garage you physically drive through with Jackie during the Nomad start of the game. Otherwise serves no purpose. Also at the brain cage relaxation centers, there&apos;s one (or maybe all) that lets you sit and relax and after a moment the bakeneko will appear on your lap and the game openly disapproves of you getting up and disturbing the cat.

  For all these tiny details I&apos;m imagining that there&apos;s an overarching plan, but all these &quot;unimportant&quot; sort of filler areas are assigned by units to an army of aspiring game-maker interns. And each intern gives 700% on the one tiny house plot that they have creative power over, whether out of ambition, desire to impress, or just love of making games. So these interns pour their heart and soul into giving character to their one patch of space, and we reap the benefits.

  It would be neat to implement a forever road that allows you to keep driving endlessly over a procedural terrain (and takes you out of view of the main landmarks of the game), but when you turn back, you&apos;re only a minute or two from that &quot;Leaving Night City&quot; sign.

  The forever road is shown in the Edgerunners show. Its the place that Maine sees when he&apos;s affected by Cyberpsychosis. Insane detail that makes me love the show even more
