That was a captivating conversation. I have a lot of respect for Dan and genuinely enjoy his content, and his story. I’ve also always admired the English gardening tradition. It carries such depth, charm, and cultural richness. - Mark from Australia.

Great questions and allowing Dan to tell his stories without interruption made this a perfect interview. I wish I had a young Dan in my neighborhood. My son grew up on 5 1/2 wooded, wild acres with older adults all around. He would work in the garden with Betty & Ted, pick vegetables in Giovanna's garden, exposed to music, wild gardens and humor with Tom & Kathleen. From the time he was a baby, he was in my gardens. He had his own patch in our veg garden and his jobs in my fern garden. When his arborist stepdad came into his life, he learned to appreciate and care for trees, he drug a lot of brush and learned to responsibly burn. It shaped who he became as a man. I wish all children had such a beautiful experience.

Only at the beginning but had to say thank you Dan - “I got ‘The Fear’ of maths” I haven’t heard anyone describe it as an actual entity before. I also got The Fear, compounded by having a ruler across my hand when I couldn’t stand in front of class and recite my times table. My brain just doesn’t work in numbers. Thank the universe for more creative outlets 🌱

Such a beautiful example of living as who you are - being permitted to explore those elements that naturally draw you in. We all could have this if those who raise and surround us let us be to discover what we love and are drawn to. It starts with loving and supportive parents who recognize us for who we are. Thank you for this nurturing interview.

I love this interview and wish more people aligned with Mr. Pearson’s philosophy of being attuned to life and the natural world. This is his gift to himself and to the world... Sensitivity is truly a gift!
