  Ubiq&apos;s theory is not as far fetched ad you pointed out. We now know about the Road Poneglyphs pointing out to Laughtale, which is some place related to the Lost Ancient Kingdom, where the One Piece is. We know Roger didn&apos;t choose where the One Piece is, and that it IS hard to get there. We also know that by completing his journey to Laughtale, Roger was also the first to circunavigate the world. So everything points out to the idea that the journey to find the One Piece will end somewhere close to where it began. In that sense, Laughtale being a hidden island beneath Reverse Mountain, in the opposite side of the globe compared to Fishman Island, wouldn&apos;t be so farfetched.

  With the first theory, it being at reverse mountain would really build up with the fact it helps with a lot of the strawhats dreams, obviously Luffy, the One Piece, Sanji and the all blue, but then there’s also Franky, the Sunny would have sailed around the world for it, Brook would see Laboon again, and Nami would have been able to map out at least one road round the grand line. The only ones this wouldn’t fit would be Zoro, Usopp, and Jimbe, all of whom don’t have a set location needed for their dreams

  The Roger pirates have been guarding the One Piece in a way, Crocus is at reverse mountain, Rayleigh is at the end of paradise and Gaban is at Elbaf which is towards the end of the new world. If Shanks told them about Luffy it would make sense why they’d be waiting along checkpoints to see him as he travels.
