A REAL strategist would factor Luffys inability to follow a plan INTO the plan

Unofficially Nami has been doing the work of a Quartermaster ever since at least Logue Town

I've always seen Vivi as the "Diplomat" of the Staw Hat crew. Don't forget; it was she who tought Luffy the valuable lesson of using diplomacy rather than force, when the Straw Hats arrived at Drum Island. It saved not only Nami's life, but also the entire crew and the villagers from needless bloodshed.

Vivi herself knew the importance of diplomacy from a young age, when Wapol slapped her at the Reverie to spite her father, King Nefertari Cobra. Rather than throwing a tantrum that could have started a war, she apologized to Wapol for getting in his way. This left Wapol bitter, but mostly confused.

Vivi might still be able to help the Straw Hats, should they need her diplomatic skills.

Something tells me the Warrior of Liberation wouldn’t be keen to add a torture specialist…

I think Law joining the crew would also probably be one of the only characters to dial things down, and I think his relationship with Luffy and Robin is already pretty good, and I feel that his relationship with Jinbe, both being pretty serious characters, (most of the time, Luffy kinda shows another side to that) and also being some of the new crew members, as they both would’ve joined after the time skip, although both were introduced beforehand. I also think his relationship with the other strawhats could be very entertaining, and he already knows about all the shenanigans Luffy pulls, and generally what the other strawhats are like, as he did work with them for like 4 whole arcs. I think the same thing goes for Kid, except his personality is obviously different, I think he could contrast the crew very nicely.

No need for more crew members as Luffy gets Loki and everyone else becomes the Straw Hats Grand Fleet to fight for him in the Final War against the World Government.

Also, it’s never a bad idea to have more than one doctor.
