I live in Sullivan County and the last five newer residents we got in our neighborhood moved here from Colorado, New York, Ohio, Illinois, and Wisconsin. North Johnson City just got a new Aldi last year. You can be driving up in the Mountains in 30 minutes. It's a nice place to be retired.

Nope - getting too crowded up here now - prices are skyrocketing and ruining the friendly nature of people. Now the once affordable area is getting so over priced that property taxes are going through the roof and even utilities are skyrocketing. Miserable when you moved here to escape the overwhelming amount of people near you.
