  funny how the only desirable and growing areas are conservative run with less taxes and restrictions. almost like that makes a difference.

  A beautiful area❤ Now, it's going to be ruined like many other great areas😢 I have a good friend who lives in this area. I've visited many times. I told her years ago that this was going to happen 😮. I told her they already ruined Asheville and Greenville, now they'll all be eyeing Johnson City.

  Awesome video Nick! I was once homeless in Johnson City. I stayed at the salvation army in the old part of town, they do make people pay $50 a week to stay at the army, that was in 2006 though, now I live in Gate City Virginia, and I own my own house, it&apos;s a brand new house, and I am the first one to live in it.

  My wife &amp; I have been contemplating moving to East Tennessee for a couple of years now. We&apos;re in Texas but Texas is a changin. Don&apos;t worry people in Tennessee, we are very conservative.

  Sullivan County TN still has plenty of rural area up near the Virginia line. Makes it easier to go grocery shopping in Virginia, but stay based in TN for all of it&apos;s benefits.

  I live here, we have been overtaken, by New Yorkers, Jersey and Californian. &nbsp;It used to be 57,000 people, grown so much, no home town feel any more, No money here, no good paying jobs, rent high, houses too expensive. Im ready to move to a small town in Kansas. Mountains have all ways been home, but very discouraging now.

  I broke down there a few years ago and got to explore the city and the surrounding area while my vehicle was getting fixed. &nbsp;Beautiful area and a place I hope to visit again!
