  There's a reason the expensive one comes with a chuck key, as you discovered. Some "hands free" chucks are impossible to get tight without tools...

  A rough dowell will give you better glue adhesion. After all, you are only going to see the top and bottom of the dowel.

  YouTube is full of copy/paste woodworking channels but I’ve subscribed just to see you review cheap Chinese tools as this seems less popular and their is definitely a demand for it, would also be interesting to see you review quality Japanese tools as well.

  The 800mm square has six hex screws.if the holes have some play, you can adjust it both in squareness and in accuracy of length. My revolution table saw needed the same dialling in slightly.

  i bought two dowel makers a couple of weeks apart after forgetting i had already bought one, that said there is a difference in quality so its a lottery. i found making a larger dowel than i need first and resizing down the the size i needed worked wonders

  a square peg in drill chuck will wobble out of true, unless you have a chuck with 4 jaws..

  Nice reviews, as an apprentice me chain cal fitter, I was always advised (and I followed  that advice) to by the best brand tools and instruments, such as squares, micrometers, and Verniers. However,  Now retired and tinkering with woodwork projects as a hobby, I have accumulated tools from many different sources, with Temu and Banggood I have had mixed results, the biggest disappointment was with banggood from who I bought a router table insert and router lift, none of the holes matched up, the fence was bent (I suspect in transit due to the appalling packaging) their returns  policy is designed to frustrate and deter to the point of giving up. Which I did but will never purchase from banggood again. Having purchased the same table saw as you have, I have added a push block from Temu, which functions the same as Microjig Gripper, ands works extremely well, for about a third of the cost of the branded product. I must say I have not been disappointed with Temu on quart of all of the tools I have purchased, the only serious flaw was the delivery time, which they have now improved considerably.   About the miter gauge for the table saw. Isn't there a way to slide in a washer between the track part and the fence part, to raise the it a bit?
