Thanks for the great suggestions.<br>Building with Claude: 6 Power Phrases<br><br>1. *Launch Sub-Agents*: Run multiple Claude sessions in parallel for diverse perspectives, new possibilities, and faster work. Use "Launch X sub-agents to handle this."<br><br>2. *Write Me an Implementation Spec*: Create a detailed plan before building to ensure Claude understands your requirements and avoids incorrect assumptions. Use "Write me an implementation spec to build X."<br><br>3. *Interview Me*: Let Claude ask questions to extract crucial details for a comprehensive spec, saving hours of rework. Use "Work with me to identify the core problem we're solving, who it is and isn't for, and work through any key decisions together. Summarize it back to me as an implementation spec."<br><br>4. *Verify Before You Build*: Implement a three-layer approach (update Claude MD, enable tools, understand human validation zones) to ensure Claude's work is accurate and complete.<br><br>5. *Based on This Conversation, Build Me a Skill*: Create reusable skills from existing conversations to automate repetitive tasks and include a "gotchas" section for continuous improvement.<br><br>6. *Automate This*: Use with extreme caution. Only automate tasks that don't require "taste" and where an 80% good output is acceptable. Otherwise, augment the process with AI.<br><br>boiled down by Transcript Distiller<br>addons.mozilla.org/addon/youtube-transcript-distiller

On your #1 point: Claude also has the ability to fork subagents with full-context, so make sure the sub agents you launch for review are non-context agents - and this is especially handy if you tell it to use different models for the review. The varied weights of the models make them focus on different areas of a review. I always use a combo of older coding models, and a self-review, and each of them tend to catch different issues, and they will even triage them differently.

As someone who has only been learning about coding and what not for a year ( I’m a nurse of 12 years in ER and critical care transport) I’ve been thoroughly enjoying the ability to learn and explore with all these new tools! I want to build a universe, and create my own semantically dense coding language, and about a million other things, such as opening a creative studio space for kids and adults to learn to create everything from painting to fabrication and machining, so I hope to build a program that can help me find a way to fund something like all that!

I've found that another powerful phrase you can use as a follow-up to almost anything you're working on, "Is that the best way of [doing] that?" (you can replace "doing" with the relevant verb; writing, designing, organizing). Sometimes you'll be surprised with an unexpected approach/angle/perspective you never thought of.

I copied and pasted the full transcript from this video into VS Code and had them create a canonnin git that follows all of these tips before it answers any questions for my projects.

Builded a small marketing team with Claude using skills. It generates output at roughly 90% succesrate in mere minutes. The skills compounded like crazy.<br><br>Currently it is doing:<br>-Website content generation<br>-Website design (it can do implementation, but I prefer breaking stuff myself)<br>-Social media calander<br>-Social media content<br>-Working with Chat for the visuals <br>-Writing ads and advertorials<br>-Finding our best potential partners etc<br><br>Its amazing. To be honest, a highly professional marketing team will beat this quality. <br>But the cost/gain ratio is out of this world and the time it takes? Mere minutes instead of weeks meetings.

I built a pipeline to bootstrap writing articles with Latex using a TAP client for verifying style guidelines on the document. It researches and builds an initial version of the document including references that has its own validation to check if it is an actual document/link and when it was published. It uses notebooklm mcp to ground any decision about the documents that are being produced and it has a great mix of deterministic input/output with the LLM automation to kickoff a project from absolute zero.<br>Cuts a lot of friction from the post ideation where you need so much scaffolding for this kind of writing.
