  The costs are even worse. The penalty for not touching the keyboard for 5 minutes after the last turn ended, is not paying 100% again, it&apos;s 125%. If you are on a $100 sub (as the video suggests 1 hour cache life), coming back to an old conversation after 1 hour now costs 200% to reinitialise the conversation. It&apos;s better to change models at this point and pay 100% rather than continue at 200% for the first turn. <br><br>Anyway, pretty solid recommendations from first watch, I&apos;ll go look at the prompts. Pity it needs to be a screen grab rather than have the description link to a repo.

  Absolutely brilliant video. I have been using Claude manically for months and have picked up a couple of these but am gobsmacked by some of the others. &nbsp;My biggest problem was how to find the info about how tokens are consumed. &nbsp;This video has blown it wide open. &nbsp;I had to buy a second subscription to keep working all week. &nbsp;Thank you!

  About /usage, try it in a terminal session and you will receive much more useful information than what you get in the app!
