  Without sounding like a drivelling fool…Your content has been a life saver for me. I’m 41 and have PMDD- I didn’t ever speak about my symptoms until they started to increase aged 38/39. My GP trialled Utrogestan and Estradial patches and it was like a light switch, mood change, chronic headaches, bloat, joint pain, overwhelming sadness and rage all disappeared within days (specifically when I started taking the progesterone) I couldn’t believe the difference and videos like this explain why when my GP was not able to. I appreciate the effort you put into your work and for making it possible for us to understand our complex little bodies better. Sincerely.

  I’m so glad I found you. I’ve only watched a couple videos but I already feel better knowing I’m not the only one suffering . Thank you for the research and information. I’m 47 and with hindsight now I would guess I’ve been in peri for at least ten years, at least emotionally and mentally. The physical symptoms have also really kicked in hard in the last two years.  I only heard of peri in these last couple years and just had no idea of it before and why my mind and emotions were all over the place.

  The fact that doctors dont even try this first is insane to me. Ive been doing this for 18 years and everything you said is exactly what ive been through. Im mad that doctors chock it all up us only needed antidepressants or antipsychotics. Ive been feeling its a horomone issues for years.

  Can you just give estradiol if the person is already high in progesterone? Do you know any good doctors in the United States that could deal with this or if you work with the United States? I don’t know if you do.

  Should we start with progesterone before adding the transdermal estrogen, or should we do them together right from the start?
