  The whole point of using a weedless lure and weedless hook set up is exactly that, weedless but with a treble thrown in the mix it COMPLETELY defeats the whole idea of WEEDLESS &nbsp;!!!!!.

  Great tips as always. Additional tip...If you want to add a sleeve, pass a piece of thin mono through the sleeve and loop knot, then back through the sleeve and pull (instead of pushing) the knot through. That keeps the knot from binding in the sleeve. This works for hooks with smaller eyes as well.

  Another option I may try is some wire and black shrink wrap. Basically how I make musky stingers and quick set rigs

  I feel like you could have got your finger through the.Regular e w g hook if you pushed it down as far as you did the twist lock
