My husband is 79 years old and was involved in a serious accident. He is in a very difficult condition, and our family is doing everything we can to stay strong. I sincerely ask everyone who sees this to please keep him in your prayers. We truly need your kindness and support right now.

I've been struggling with my morning energy levels for ages, and honestly, the thought of a 10-minute walk seemed too small to make a difference. But after watching this, I decided to give it a shot. It was tough to get moving at first, but I'm so glad I did! I genuinely feel a bit more awake and focused today. It's amazing to have the science behind it now

Morning walks are a simple way to support movement, energy, and metabolic health. I like the idea of treating them as a daily health habit rather than a fat-loss hack. Personalized insights can make routines even more effective, which is where AlterMe fits naturally.

Early morning walk is best. In Bangkok, I live near the largest public park which open at 5 a.m., and only 2 km. walk from my place. I started out early and enjoy the walk with hundreds others in the park which is divided into 2 gardens, each 500 rai (Thai measurement, my guess approx. 300 acres.) One pets- allowed with large ponds and birds. The other international gardens within the garden. The place well maintain and safe. After 8 a.m. the sun is becoming hot, and most people go back to their other routines. I don't go there daily. Whenever I want to I just go. At home I have a stationary bike, riding while watching TV. Not bad for an elderly in a large city.

How often you walk is more important than the distance, I walk every few hours or every chance I get. It helps my back pain and actually gives me higher energy than coffee.

The Chinese knew about this affect a long time ago, although to be sure, they didn't know the science behind it. Instead they followed their intuition. And that is why we now have Tai Chi and Qigong. It's also why a good instructor of these arts recommend that students practise first thing in the morning

I practice Qigong very gently for about 15 minutes first thing every morning (plus a short period of calm meditation) and I'm sure that I'm enjoying all the benefits that that are also ascribed here to a 10 minute walk.

Of course, not everyone knows these ancient Chinese arts, but I'm sure that walking, as suggested here will be almost as beneficial. (I say 'almost' because I'm biased 😀)

This is a very interesting and informative video and I hope many people will benefit from it.

When I had a dog the first thing I wake up. I wash my face and then put on my shoes and leash my dog. Then we walk for 20-30 minutes. Back up feed him and only I can now shower and change for work. That time my body never gained so much weight. When my dog passed away I gained 7 kilos just like that’s it’s so weird! But now I get it. I’ll go back to that habit even without my dog, 🌈🤍 thank you … for this …
