The video repeatedly stated that fat burning is directly tied to insulin, cortisol and stress signaling. But it wasn't clear enough on how to make you body feel "safe".

Today is a soft, gentle, dance session instead of a walk. &nbsp;Time to feel fluid, to enjoy movement…weight shifts, rotation, arm swings…Much of that doesn’t happen with walking. &nbsp; It is &nbsp;more expansive, expressive. &nbsp;Fun. &nbsp; The ice is keeping me inside. <br>Boredom is optional.

Super clear explanation: walking doesn’t “automatically burn fat”—it depends on hormonal context (insulin/cortisol). Loved the “metabolic permission” concept—it really clicks. If you enjoy science-based content like this, feel free to visit my page for another video on the same topic!

I&apos;m doing rolling 90 hour fast. This my 5th week. First two I lost alot. Next 2 weight dropped slow. 5th week I added 30 mins or more daily and weight dropped fast again. If and when I see I stop losing then I&apos;ll add weight training on the last day before I break my fast

I have Addison&apos;s disease: you&apos;re talking nonsense about cortisol: you should come spend a day with me! And you&apos;re forgetting about estrogen, which is a real fat-storage hormone.

Keeps repeating the same information in different ways to make a lot more videos to get clicks on. I&apos;ve listened to four videos and I still don&apos;t know exactly what speed I ought to be walking on walking at. Going to stop wasting my time on these videos
