  Legend of an artist. I took his course through the mail 20 plus years ago. I loved it that he would draw his corrections on tracing paper over yours. I saved those drawings for years but sadly I lost them in hurricane Harvey. I'm a professional graphic artist now and I still remember his instructions on selling the panel to the audience. What a master.

  Proud graduate of the Kubert school class of 97. Joe was the man. I remember him letting me come into his studio right next to the office when I was a freshman. I knocked on the already open door, everyone told me not to, my dad said you paid to go to his school introduce yourself my dad said so I did and Joe responded by with a warm greeting and welcoming to the school. He remembered my name since day 1. I’ll always hold those days close to my heart.

  I could spend the rest.of my life just watching the Kuberts draw and draw. Thank you for these fantastic videos really enjoy and love all of them.

  Joe was one of those artists you could see across a room and immediately know who drew it. Enemy Ace was a favorite of mine. His WWII dogfights were awesome. Joe made certain his planes were accurate and always went for the throat with action and suspense.<br><br>This is the man who invented Sgt Rock, so when it came to WWII the man knew how to make it come alive. Joe drew any style, but his war stuff was my favorite. Look at the cover for Weird War #1. A masterpiece of black and white. &nbsp;I could go on and on of course. His sons are also monsters in the field. Andy&apos;s X-Men were some of the best of the genre. <br><br>Joe had a lot to give, and he gave it his all for his entire career.
