  As someone who found and started drawing manga, comics, and graphic novels later in my life (in my 40s), all these vids and live draw/tutorials are so amazing and I can't believe something so helpful exists free of charge to beginners!!!

  This was SO educational. Hearing you talk through all the different drawing decisions as you make them is great, and gives much more context to your whole process of creating layouts and compositions. Thanks for this channel!

  Before watching how the page was laid out, after seeing the script, I did a couple of rough ideas to see if mine would match what David did.  One of the ones I did turned out to be very similar and the other, very different.  Loving this so much!!
