  Thanks for this excellent explanation.<br>As an Israeli- while I agree with everything he said, I think the problem isn’t only the politicians not proposing solutions. The problem is that most Israeli voters don’t vote for any issue other than issues which deal with their own narrow tribal interests. They never have.

  Very interesting! It should happen what the guest suggested- but I am not optimistic that it will. We already don&apos;t have enough doctors - I got an appointment for a minor issue after a month! Yesterday I read that there are not enough teachers! The solution suggested was to bring Jewish teachers from Canada...in an aliyah framework..and the level of Israeli students is very low, already before this government. I worked for some time as a mashgiach bagrut, and I was shocked. Some were unable even to read the question or text (in english) and I had to read it for them, just one example. Everybody needed time extension.. I don&apos;t think the opposition doesn&apos;t have a plan either concerning national priorities. And yes, professional Israelis, high tech, doctors et al have left the country after the attempt at &quot;judicial overhaul&quot;, then after October 7, again during the war. If there is no major change after the elections, more will leave- and exactly those people that Israel needs for its development.

  When I met Haredi`s children of preschool age that can`t speak and even understand basic Hebrow (early 2000 ) I was literally shocked .So , how we want them to work and be in the army? And I met women in their 20 `s that had no clue what is their age and the current year in Western calendar...Most of them live in 17th century at best. I don`t know how we can change the situation - it seems to be as hard as peace with Arabs(next to impossible)..
