I enjoy your channel and I think you do a great job covering SWFL. Keep it up!

Richard, you did an excellent job with this video! Covering so many builders throughout Southwest Florida and taking the time to explain the details makes this an incredibly helpful resource for anyone considering a new construction home. As a local real estate broker, I appreciate the work and research that went into putting this together. Having all this information in one video gives buyers a great starting point for comparing their options and knowing what questions to ask. This is definitely the most thorough video I’ve seen on the subject. Great job, and thank you for sharing your knowledge!

Lennar is the absolute worst. Also any builder who builds a plywood second and third floor. That’s just criminal in a hurricane prone zone.

Great video. These production builders are terrible I honestly feel bad for anyone who is having trouble with them.

I have worked with the best luxury custom home builders in SWFL for 10 years along with building large scale commercial projects. I started my own company to help build quality homes.

Avoid D. R. Horton, Lennar Corporation, and PultiGroup, and especially D. R. Horton.

This guy is nuts. All these builders suck and I know because I was a field manager, and I saw with my own eyes how crappy these houses are built. You are much better buying an older home and remodeling it. Be careful what you wish were just saying.
