  He sounds like a pilot frustrated with another pilot not responding, and mouth came open before brain had time to think! Tower Dad was very cool. Good on him!

  Not to mention that if you might mis-repeat what the ATC was telling the pilot. If something like this were to  happened repeatedly  where pilots were constantly telling the other pilots what the ATC had told them, the skies would be a mess.

  Why did i get teary eyed as i’d just been admonished by my dad…. possibly because today is the 30th anniversary of his death. He was a good man gosh i miss him

  As a controller of 21 years and a 500 hour commercial helicopter pilot I can say I too have never heard a pilot give an instruction either. It made the hair on the back of my neck stand up. That is frightening s#%t!!!!

  There is a flight school at this airport. At least one of those aircraft was a training aircraft. I know exactly who the controller  is 😂. The ATC controller has a bit of a rep for being a tough cookie- great at their job though.

  I learn so much watching these videos - when I am in the airport, I have a different view of what is going on.
