Looks lovely..<br>Try this, bake the butter/biscuit base for a few mins and cool before putting in the filling .. Gives a lovely crunch..

Just tried this and it is actually amazing. Has the same texture as soufflé. Is quite sweet so add less sugar if needed. The gelatine was not enough as the cake was still runny when cut. Make sure you add a lot of butter for your buiscuit crumbs as I added less and didn’t realise and it kept coming apart. Lovely recipe though, thank u
