Baking powder is not needed for this recipe.<br>Important for success is to make a firm meringue(But not too much) and don't to overmix the batter. These two things are important to make the cake puffed up. Good luck!

Untuk baker malaysia sekalian :<br><br>Loyang 7<br>- [ ] Separate 6 telur (white n yolk)<br>- [ ] Panaskan 100g unsalted butter + 100g milk<br>- [ ] Masukan adunan butter dan + milk tadi dalam 100g tepung gandum yg dah ayak. Kacau dgn whisk<br>- [ ] Masukan telur kuning. Whisk lagi.<br>- [ ] Masukan vanilla extract <br>- [ ] Dalam bekas lain, Whisk white egg & sugar sampai medium / soft peak<br>- [ ] Masukan adunan white egg tadi dalam adunan tepung<br>- [ ] Kaup balik sampai sebati<br>- [ ] Bakar dgn cara waterbath 150* one hour
