  Honestly, it's kinda sad how heavily romancized marilyn monroe was to the point where people were trying to be her. To this day, the poor woman can't catch a break from being viewed as a sex symbol rather than a person.

  The term "dumb blonde" is so disrespectful and discriminating. And Hollywood failed to realize that she had more to offer than her beauty. She was also very smart, she could've had a PhD in anything if she wasn't gone so soon.
