I am very aware, I cant figure it out. I have lost 12 lbs in the last 5 months on tirzepitide but only about 1/2 inch. How can that be? 100 grams of protein, 100 oz of water, weight train 4 days a week (heavy for me) and have managed to increase my steps, double what I was before tirzepitide. I am 5'2"F and consume between 1100 and 1400 calories a day. NO sugar, under 50 carbs a day...... :( My doctor has been keeping an eye on my labs (I am on HRT and NP thyroid/T3) I am thinking my husband would benefit from glp1 treatment, he isnt overweight but does have chronic pain/arthritis.
