Fun fact : Fat Albert was one of the two last films I purchased from Blockbuster , the other one being the pirates who don't do anything.

In hindsight, I definitely see why Kel was laying low after the early 2000s.

But when I first saw this movie, I was like “ that can’t be Hutch from the middle”, and that’s when I realized how he was playing a character nearly twice as age as a college student in that sitcom.

The blockparty scene where Fat Albert started rapping lives rent free in my head.

They really didn’t have to go THAT HARD with the freestyle and dancing scene at the party.

Me too, I just can’t hate a movie with Kenan Thompson in it

God I always loved of how perfectly bright and accurate their outfits are! Just makes them really feel like living cartoons

The animation in this movie is really good & part of me wonders if they intended to have this movie be a pilot for a modern-day reboot of the cartoon that never got picked up?

I will say one thing; as a Power Rangers fan, seeing Keith Robinson in Fat Albery made my day.

Okay two childhood bangers back to back!? You are killing it! I watched this and college road trip on repeat all the time as a kid.
