  I'm a lawyer. He's a moron and a gaslighter. He isn't qualified to be in that role. The board should fire him asap. His lawyers are taking the company's money to threaten consequences they cannot deliver, in the hope that the targets do not fight back. The case he's citing was a default judgment at the lowest level that wasn't decided on the merits. It doesn't set any binding precedent. This ends badly for both Fender and Bud.
