Thanks so much for this vid. I love crispy wings, but have been over-baking mine until the insides are dried out—in an effort to get them to crisp. Your well-demonstrated method will finally give me the crispy outer, yet tender inner result I’ve been wanting. I plan to lightly brush them with warmed bbq sauce just before serving. Thanks again.
