  How about this? Sega and Apple team up. Release a Dreamcast 2 with the exact same shell/design but throw an M4 Ultra in there. Sell it at a loss. Let’s say $399. This will help Apple get established with gaming while also bringing Sega back into the hardware fold. Plus, so many of us millennials who still have a Dreamcast hooked up to a CRT would buy this thing like crazy as it would hit on the nostalgia while also being the least expensive and most powerful console available. This also makes sense because Apple now owns most of the PowerVR IP, and their current GPUs are essentially an evolution of the PowerVR 2 in the console anyway. Who says no?!

  I mowed lawns for an entire summer and bought a dremcast. I was awestruck at the graphics and just had to have it. Later that fall, I got a copy of Resident Evil: code Veronica. I was the envy of all of my peers. I took it to church on a Sunday (I had the travelling case) and my friends and I hooked it up to the big screen to play resident evil. We received the longest lecture and scolding of our young lives.

  My fav console of all time. It is a box now in an attic thousands of miles away. But the memories are evergreen.

  The Dreamcast was the first console I bought with my own money. I loved that system. Sonic Adventure, Soul Caliber, Crazy Taxi, Quake 3 Arena, Power Stone… and the VMU idea was super cool. I also remember trying online gaming for the first time… which was cool as long as no one needed to use the phone. 😂

  I bought my Dreamcast for $20 at a local flea market in 2002, it came with five games and one controller with a vmu; one of those games was NBA 2K with AI on the cover. Until this day that NBA 2K game is one of the best games I've ever played, very responsive, explosive, and the players had the best variety of dunks that I've ever played. Lastly, I still have my Dreamcast and games;  I will never part with this console.

  I had my DC hooked up to a 480p VGA signal with a broadband adapter for PSO. Blew a lotta peoples' minds a console could look that good at the time.

  I bought a Dreamcast on launch day and have had no regrets. During the first few years, the Dreamcast had the absolute best library of Fighting games. It definitely was a shame that the console ended in just a few short years, but what it brought to the business had changed the game.

  Using the screen on the remote to call plays in NFL 2k was ahead of it&apos;s time. Still to this day no other remote has done that. I know it had some other uses that I can&apos;t remember, but I just remember using it for that a lot when I had friends over so they couldn&apos;t see the play I&apos;m choosing 😂<br><br>Edit: I see he explained other uses for the memory card in the video. Now I remember, good times!!
