  I idolize these folks. Machinegames/Starbreeze is so criminally slept on and so FUCKING consistent. <br><br>I used to binge watch axel torvenius&apos;s speedpaints on youtube back in the day and just have em going as I drew, cuz his workflow was, at the time, &nbsp;insane to me

  Edit: Putting this at the top, but, The Darkness 1&apos;s movie scene with Jenny is one of the best scenes of romance in anything, and certainly within gaming. Also, too little Syndicate info I think, especially given how much Wolfenstein clearly pulls from some of what they did with Syndicate.<br>Indiana Jones being effectively a Riddick spiritual successor is such a gift.<br>The Riddick games, especially Butcher Bay, still holds up. Masterpiece.<br>Nightdive better give us that The Darkness 1 PC port with the multiplayer intact too!

  Still fondly remember playing The Darkness, saving up all the pistols and then emptying them out near the end for what seemed like an hour. Amazed that the inventory system kept track of them all.

  I&apos;m sorry, but watching a whole movie with your partner, is not a &quot;problem&quot;. That&apos;s an amazing moment, and it&apos;s a little thing that goes to show a relationship between two characters. To give a modern example of where they tried, but never really executed on this. Look at Cyberpunk 2077. There is a mission where you go to Judy&apos;s apartment, eat pizza, and plan an upcoming mission. You even get asked what kind of toppings you like. Do you know what? You NEVER eat a slice of pizza. There are props in the environment, but you never see anyone actually eat, and have a good time. That time spent with Jackie&apos;s partner works SO much better because that entire movie is there. Now, do I think a &quot;Skip Movie&quot; button would&apos;ve been nice? Yes, absolutely, just like the ability to skip credits. Though, the fact that you had the balls to actually put that movie into your game, and have that scene, I absolutely applaud your work.

  Thank you for sharing this! I&apos;ve been working at id for the past 10 years on the 3 newer DOOM games, and at some point, I had the chance to help MachineGames on New Order on some art and animation for UI, and I remember how cool Jerk was to work with! I love everything they do!! So awesome to see this!
