  As a 2025 Ball God I suggested "The History of Vibes Guys" video to mr No More Fielders. My basic video I wanted was about how the 2021 Yankees do not make the playoffs without Rougned Odor even his 82 OPS+ and negative fielding value would suggest otherwise. We got to DM'ing about it and we settled on the idea that vibes guys are as core to good teams as great players are. The intro of the video highlighted my favorite thing ever, the Rougned Odor Mound Visit. We got a history lesson on Charlie Faust, Mo Drabowsky, Bob Uecker, Jay Johnstone, and a love letter to the 2021 Braves Vibes GuyS (PLURAL).   <a href="https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=S4rxAsFWU6s&amp;t=190">3:10</a> the only thing I know about Lee Smith is that he started a signature slow walk out of the dugout in order to get the grounds crew overtime pay. And for that he&apos;s a hero.

  My Lee Smith fun fact - when he was about 50 or so I got to catch for him in a charity game, and the guy still had a cutter that broke better than most sliders. &nbsp;Faced 3 batters and none of them put a ball in play. &nbsp;Highlight of my non-existant baseball career.

  Lee Smith is pitching for the Cubs when Ferris Bueller catches the foul ball. You can hear Harry Caray say his name when the principal is looking at the game and they show him on the TV in the background

  My Lee Smith fact is when he played for the cubs he’d make sure to walk out slowly because the grounds crew would get 1.5x pay if the games went past <a href="https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=S4rxAsFWU6s&amp;t=270">4:30</a>
