  Someone called me a poser because I don't attend shows anymore. My first concert was Throbbing Gristle at Kezar Pavilion in 1981. I'm too old for this shit

  Gatekeeping is a healthy thing when done as intended, elitism and arbitrary terminally online ragebait is killing the ability for anyone to actually gatekeep. True gatekeeping is staying level headed, giving advice/recommendations to newcomers and in very rare instances try to push out the actually horrendous people and corporate shills. There&apos;s no good reason to just be rude to people or act better than everyone, it&apos;s not productive or helpful.
