  Oh my goodness! ADHD is bloody great as well as a curse sometimes isn't it! Caitlin shares so many relatable female ADHD thoughts and experiences. It's been at times like listening to my own internal chatter (without the celebrity experiences obviously!). Totally heading to the books! Fab interview Davina & Team!❤

  This has actually made me feel normal and not the overwhelmed mentalist I thought i was because of my childhood! I'm still living on fight or flight but at the age of 50 it's all starting to make sense! Thank you xx

  I have never come across Caitlin before. Ten minutes into this pod and I am so invested in her words. Everything she has said makes complete sense. I have been questioning my place in this world. Going into rabbit holes for information, that i honestly do not need, its not benefitting my life. I am going to go out without my headphones from now on, smell the roses and touch grass as my Grandad would say. Briliant podcast. Love all your guests Davina, they're all so interesting. ❤

  Love the analogy of you can hear the axe hit the tree but you can’t hear the forest grow. I stopped watching the news years ago. Instead I watch only good news provided by people like Sam Bentley. So much better for my mental health.

  SO many pearls of wisdom. Headphones is so so good. My neighbours wave to me (elderly) and if I don't hear them, they fret. I explained sometimes I don't hear them....But now I take them out when I pass their house as they thought I was cross with them!

  Today I have been in the depths of despair. 66 years of it to be honest. I'm not saying this video saved my life but it made me listen and think. I hadn't heard of Caitlin before but I liked what she said. Maybe I can get through another day and hope to think like her

  Wow wow i loved this interview. I am definitely going to buy Caitlin’s book. This interview has really helped me and reminded me that writing the book i am working on is the very right thing to do! Thank you ladies you were great. I have nursed for 35 years, been a teacher and charity founder for mental<br>Health and i have and always will help other people. Helping people to get through hard, difficult or bad times as well as helping for good times too is always a blessing.
