My son died aged 26. I live near fields and the cows had just been seperated from their calves... I remember hearing their despairing bellowing in the night and thinking that if I could make any sound that would be the noise I would make. It was 12 years ago .... life grows bigger around it but it never gets any less

This story I can so relate too, lost my daughter Isabelle aged 16 in a accident, I too carry Izzy in my heart and have those conversations with her always it brings me peace and calm, I have people send me photos of rainbows 🌈 and its tge kindest thing, always talk in the present moment and mention your loved ones thats the greatest gift to a grieving parent, to always say your child's name ❤️ 🌈 x

I too have gone through an unthinkable trauma - my teenage (13) daughter Sophie suddenly died. I completely relate to the 'noise' coming out of you when you're told your child is dead 💔🖤The police were really kind and collected my parents from their home to say goodbye to Sophie in hospital, and like Will she looked so peaceful.
I too feel as though Sophie is with me...I think about her everyday and speak to her often.
I hadn't experienced death in the family and so, I had no idea what to expect, her death was so sudden and unexpected.
Thanks Davina for having this interview💚

My best friend's 22 yr old son died the same year in 2015 in a tragic accident and his organs were also donated. So sad. My friend's life changed forever that day. His name is Kevin and the thing my friend is so afraid of is that he will be forgotten. Whenever he pops into my mind, I let my friend know. Kevin's annual charity baseball tournament is this weekend so we raise money in his memory. Life can change in an instant. Big hugs from Toronto 🇨🇦🙏💕🦋

That was heartbreaking and wonderful at the same time. I cried with you, Liz. Thank you for sharing Will with us, he seemed like a wonderful human - with a mom like you, no wonder. How honorable that you donated Will's organs, he lives on in 12 other people and in you and everyone who loved him. All my love and strength <3
