  As someone who has bipolar 1 that manifests similarly to Diana's, this was so incredibly interesting to watch! Thank you for putting this out there. Maybe if we can get a few more professionals on the case we can also finally definitively answer the question as to whether or not Henry was creepy or just awkward. One can dream.

  I think they say "psychopharmacologist" instead of "psychologist" to emphasize how confusing and complicated the treatment process is.... and it's just a flex to be able to put that word in a song title.

  Nick is seriously overanalysing Henry. He&apos;s just an awkward high schooler. As a woman, I never found him creepy at all.<br><br>The wife is such a professional, it&apos;s great to see (as a psychologist myself, I agree with her assesments entirely). I feel like the scene where they show all the different meds she&apos;s taking, it doesn&apos;t mean she&apos;s taking them at the same time, but it indicates she has a very long history of trying different things.

  I interpreted the laundry list of medications to be including medicine she used to take as well- her history as opposed to what she&apos;s currently taking

  I never considered that Henry could&apos;ve been watching Natalie with intention through the window with binoculars lmao. I assumed that yknow, Henry also plays piano, so he&apos;s always going to practice and finding out Natalie&apos;s taken the practice room, and given the state of schools I doubt there&apos;s more than two or three real pianos at most for student practice. so I imagine Henry showing up at lunchtime for practice.. and his cool classmate Natalie is there.. so he tries after school... and Natalie is still there.. and in a last desperate attempt he tries before school the next day.. and Natalie is still there?? wtf?? is she sleeping there?? (new theory as to why Henry might suck: he&apos;s only dating her for entry to the practice sessions)

I kinda think here they rather wanted to represent her history of medication, since the doctor mentions she has a 16 year history of treatment, and this whole song is about adjusting medication throughout a 16 month period, and what effect they have on her, until she reaches the &apos;desired&apos; state (patient stable). <br>It&apos;s really great to hear a profession explain these things about meds!
