  It's like the soul sanctum of silksong but with much more of an ominous vibe rather than the foreboding tone of soul sanctum, its amazing.

  the idea that the Mist itself is just a manifestation of Phantom's pain is incredibly sad. an endless labyrinth of (pre-determined room patterns) pain given form. an apt description, considering the pain i felt traversing the place for the first time, and the pain and anguish i felt watching my health drain every time Hornet got an extremely sloppy makeout session with one of the Wraiths during my many attempted Steel Soul runs.

  I just realised something obvious. The reason why lace can control silk flies with mere song is because she is made of silk, so her vocal cords are silk too. When she sings she is producing a song on a silken thread.

  It also ties in neatly that Lace manifests similar ability to do like...a soul projection? When she's stuck in the Void to speak to Hornet. Just like Phantom and their wraiths.
