I have a great quality EVOO to add to your list--"BONO Val di Mazara PDO Organic Sicilian Extra Virgin Olive Oil 100% Product of Italy" is PDO, Non-GMO, and USDA Certified. It has the harvest date on each label along with a QR code and batch number so one can see on a live GPS map exactly where that bottle's olives were harvested, pressed, bottled, and packaged in Sicily. I find it at my local Giant Eagle or Italian grocery store for anywhere between $13-$21 for 500mL/16..9 FL. OZ. bottle depending on whether I can catch it on sale or not. It lists the cold extracted acidity as 0.2-0.4% and has a wonderful peppery, slightly fresh tomato flavor; we use it for salad, caprese, cooking with low heat, bruschetta, pasta. It is the only one I will trust and buy now. Thank you for your great videos!😀

Do you know that not one single Olive Oil at Trader Joes’s has a harvest date? None of them are pure….Awful for those of us with soy allergies…
