  Control can survive arguments because arguments still create engagement. What it struggles with is irrelevance, when the person who once reacted no longer feels compelled to participate at all.

  No contact strips all Narcissist and Psychopath the control and dominance they crave and give them the reality of &quot;game over.&quot; The thought of being irrelevant scares them. &nbsp;Watch them repeatedly try to force contact by creating a new chaos, stalking, hovering, just to be seen on camera, and get a reaction. It is pathetic.

  Narcissists are master takers, they only pretend to give you something as long as they are about to draw you into their world of chaos and destruction. They are like a &nbsp;washing machine and you were a piece of cloth along with many others, put into the machine and when the start button was pressed, you were in a process of chaos, squeezing, pumping, hot and cold, shaking and ceasing. They wanted to get all the colors and structure from you. For some time, it even worked until they were finished and discarded you. But now you are healing, getting dry again, all your colors return and you will be a protected from going to get into such a narcissistic machine again. Go no contact, don&apos;t look back and find somebody who is happy of having you as a person, not only a piece of cloth to wear, because that&apos;s what you have always been for the narcissist. You deserve better! And always remember: No contact is beautiful!
