I feel people are pushing me away. Never felt so scared in my life.

Living alone for the first time in nearly 50 years after the death of my husband, I feel that I have lost all my confidence and don’t want to admit this to others as everyone thinks I am doing well and on the outside, this is what I project. In reality, I want someone to “make it better” even at my age. You always help clarify with common sense of how to keep moving. Thank you. Sue UK ❤

The worse part of losing someone. The silence is deafening. And Real
I don't feel lonely. I enjoy solitude.
But I miss that person and everything we shared
I was my wife's caretaker for 5 years. She suffered greatly from horrible effects from cancer. She finally passed in our home, in our bed and not in those torture chambers called hospitals RIP baby. You're in heaven with your mom and the angels
And most importantly, not suffering

I'm glad I found this video I lost my mom back in March of 2024 I just realized that the date is coming up again on the 24th😢 This has been the most excruciating experience I've been through my mom was my best friend, she loved me unconditionally. I'm an only child so me and her always had a special bond. I feel so lost. It's like this world feels a lil more cruel without her being here. She was my safe place. I don't have much family left I have an uncle and me him try to get together every now and then just to talk and catch up. I have 2 close friends but they are dealing with a lot themselves. My 2 children are grown and have lived of there own and I know they miss their grandmother but the grief hits different for me being she was my mom. I sometimes just wish someone would come along and make everything better , but I know I have to tough this out the best way I can. Some days are good , but the bad days are insufferable. I miss her so much. 😢

Out of 5 sibling I feel grief and regret more than any other. No one talks about our mom. I feel no one understands me.

I always feel like I dont belong here because I'm not experiencing grief specifically, but I've really been struggling with deep depression lately and I find myself relating to channels about death, grief or depression/suicide or just trauma survivors. So I certainly understand this deep feeling of loneliness. I certainly have lost my way in all aspects of my life. I always appreciate your videos.

I got help in support group. I don't know what made me to go there, but I knew that I need help. Now I've got one person with whom I can talk about my grieving.
