I was going to leave a comment about Elvis but you trashed my name. I didn’t choose it and I have never asked for anything. Never mind demanded something. I have spent my life helping to raise 50 babies. The first thing I taught my children was kindness. Does this make you racist? Elvis would be ashamed of you and he loved everyone. I will not be staying.

I met an old black man at my dr office, the guy told me he spent his life as a musician & that he was in Elvis’ band in Vegas. I asked him what his opinion of Elvis was & the guy answered MUCH RESPECT, MUCH RESPECT

It’s hurtful that so many people think Elvis was racist when he risked so much to fight against it. It’s ironic and just wrong, an injustice. He thought God had given him so much for a reason, and that he had an obligation to speak up, help people, and do what’s right. And he did that. It’s a relief whenever someone else learns the truth. Thank you for leaving your mind open.

Elvis came out when all this racism was taking place. He had so much negativity thrown at him.But like Elvis said,he’s not doing anything wrong. And he didn’t give up.

Elvis didn't like being called the King.  He once told a fan that the only King was Jesus Christ.  Such a beautiful soul taken too soon!  Thanks for sharing this. ♥️🙏

If someone sings your song better, it does not implicate the original singer is trash. This is an important fact. Elvis was no singer/songwriter but recorded nearly 700 songs written by other. Some original singer/songwriters said that the "Elvis-version" was better. Another example is Bridge over troubled water of which Paul Simon said he was unable to compete with the dramatic version Elvis recorded. He loved it.

Elvis was a unique individual whose character, talent, attitude and beliefs transcended all races. A true humanitarian.

There is a part 2 of this video. Elvis hated to be called the King. He said he's not the King, Jesus Christ is the King. I'm just a singer. Also how about a reaction to Elvis Presley: A Generous Heart.

It’s telling the truth.  How he was mistreated and misjudged and lied on him about being racist.  But also how he was LOVED 🥰

Thank you for reacting to this- <br>Great reaction!! Elvis grew up very poor! He lived in a 2 bedroom shotgun house with no electricity or water! He was a twin who died at birth. He was buried in an unmarked grave in a shoebox! His family received help from his neighbors! Elvis was 1 of 4 white families living in a prominently black community in an awful time of segregation! He grew up in going to church and in black culture! It&apos;s what he loved and knew, and was trashed for it! He didn&apos;t see color! Soul has no color! &nbsp; He never forgot where he came from! He didn&apos;t steal anything! He opened doors for music/musicians! There were some ignorant people who started rumors, that was investigated later, and determined to be just that!!! Unfortunately, it still exists today and Elvis didn&apos;t have a racist bone in his body!!! Mohammed Ali, James Brown, BB King, Little Richard, Chuck B, Fats Domino, Jackie Wilson &amp; so much more. There&apos;s video on YouTube of all of them talking about their friendship and love for Elvis!
