The little girl backstage with Elvis was dying of leukemia and it was a Make-A-Wish moment. Her name was Denise Sanchez. She passed shortly after that meeting. Elvis was nervous and emotional during that visit knowing she was dying. She asked him to sing a song for her on stage and he did, he sang You Gave Me A Mountain. Thank you for the nice review.

The girl who went back stage to Elvis' dressing room to meet him was actually dying from cancer. Her make a wish was to meet Elvis.

Seeing EPiC just reinforced how good his voice was. Even in rehearsal he goes for it, and his voice when he sings Oh Happy Day is off the charts.<br><br>Also, he does appear to be the best looking man I've ever seen.

Funny you said you understood him a bit more. When I saw the movie the first time, as we were walking out, an elderly man was speaking to his companions and I heard him say "I never understood the hype, but now I do." I'm sure his wife dragged him to that movie and he came out an Elvis convert.

The chains and such were snapped on at first. Until the end, he lived his whole life with a camera in his face!! Amazing .
