  We grew up in the 50’s about a mile or so away from the Bakers Cocoa Factory in Dorchester, Massachusetts. &nbsp;The aroma of cocoa would carry on the 2 days a week that they would bake it. &nbsp;So delightful.

  Excuse me, your sponsor hardly produces any products that are legitimately called chocolate. Most of them have so little chocolate in that no self-respecting chocolate lover would touch them.

  As an American, moving to Canada for work 16 years ago I tasted cheese and chocolate as they are meant to be eaten--all the imported delectables. I have never been able to look at an American chocolate bar the same way, won&apos;t eat Hershey&apos;s for love nor money! Once toured the Theo Chocolate Factory in Seattle and saw their whole process, tasted the nibs, etc etc... absolutely lovely experience.<br>Looking forward to a hop across the pond for some real European chocolate &amp; cheese at the source! <br>Thanks for this lovely romp through the history of chocolate; you gentlemen have accompanied me along many a project, walk, &amp; drive, and I thank you for your cheer.
