  Desert strangeness:<br>My husband , 3 year old daughter and I went into a roadside motel on I-8;, eastbound to Tucson in 2003, &nbsp;that did not exist. &nbsp;We were in a road trip to Tucson and about 50 to ,60 minutes after passing the Gila Bend stop, my daughter announced she needed to use the restroom. Lucky for us, we spotted a small roadside motel. It consisted of a small office structure followed by a series of doors that you could assume we&apos;re the rooms. It looked old, there were no cars parked outside. My husband stopped at the entrance and we got out. While he parked, I took my daughter into the main office /lobby. There were 2 clerks , male and female. The female was short, heavyset, she was wearing some kind of beanie and poncho. The man was younger, long hair, stringy mustache, sparse eyebrows ( think Billy Crystal) and he was very friendly, I told them we needed a restroom and he pointed to the hallway and said they had a power outage. I remember saying we could see perfectly fine and noticed a row of mismatching lamps along the corridor/hallway. We went to the restroom, it had a large window with bars , and when we came out , I was happy to see my husband had gotten down from the car. He was staring very seriously and interested at something. As I got closer, I saw he was staring at an old analog TV &nbsp;and it was showing the original Star Trek. I told my husband to make a purchase because we wanted to be paying customers after using their facility. When he handed his credit card to the male clerk, the male clerk showed the card to the female and they inspected it. Then he looked up and said &quot;It&apos;s okay! Everything is free!&quot; We stared at him for a few seconds and then my husband reached into his pocket and took out some Mexican pesos ( we had just been to mexico) . The male clerk became very excited at the Mexican pesos. Both clerks were inspecting them very excited. I can still see them in my mind, looking down at their hands. We went to Tucson, stayed overnight, and went back weat-bound on the I-8 the following day. We searched for the motel and it was not there. Over the last 23 years, I have asked Arizona residents, looked for videos and articles, that mention a roadside motel there and no one has ever confirmed there was a motley in that spot. Over the years, we have developed theories.....an elaborate hoax? A movie set? Aliens pretending to be human?? A time/space / dimension glitch? We do not know.

  there is MORE in the desert than people believe. Lights in the sky, people who disappear hiking... Never go out into the desert alone. I lived in Arizona very close to the Superstition Mountians.

  Josh&apos;s strangeness in the desert. Ppl think of &apos;rational&apos; explanations while they know less than 2% of the universe they live in. Wonderful

  The desert always has a high strangeness ,even out in far West Texas area of the Big Bend area ! <br>Even the Border Patrol guys won&apos;t talk about it as they want to keep their jobs 😮 !!

  I think the second story was not only terrifying, but possibly people the cartels turned into human soup, they were asking &quot;ayuda me&quot; from the beyond. They needed an Exorcist.

  Oracle junction has skin walkers. <br>My son and I have seen it on our way home from late nights at school!!<br>The feeling of dread is overwhelming when you see them. <br>Our Arizona desert has many supernatural entities

  A regular dude has an encounter in 76 and he is crazy or on the wacky. A Cop, Ranger or Military see one, it&apos;s balls to the wall. I&apos;m soon to be 68 and still work in healthcare and a Navy veteran, but I&apos;m lying about this? Not a day goes by I don&apos;t ask the age old question, WTF was that!!

  I watch many of these stories so most of it isn’t that new to me but for some reason the second story of the “souls” seemingly trapped in the desert really bothered me. &nbsp;My mind is searching for a possibility of what’s happening and I am usually able to come up with something. &nbsp;But this one just baffles me. &nbsp;At the same time it’s makes me feel sad that they seemed to be asking for help and no one came. &nbsp;💔
