Just want to say THANK YOU to everyone who's been along for the ride to 1 MILLION SUBSCRIBERS! I read the comments not just on Youtube but on other socials as well because this community is just so wholesome and supportive. Regardless of the story, we always try to present the information as is so you can come to your own conclusion. I feel truly blessed! Always keep an open mind, NEVER go camping alone, and above all, stay safe my friends. -Josh.

How does anyone go in to the deep wild and not be armed to the teeth?!?  You’ve got both animal and human predators to worry about

I go into the backwoods of Yellowstone for a couple weeks twice-ish a year. I operate in Yellowstone, just like i do while I'm in Alaska, im loud, I listen to music loudly, I wear bells (depending on time of year) ect. I've only had 1 real legitimate encounter with a grizzly, where i truly thought, I was going to die. It also changed how well armed I am, at all times.

I'm not sure which was more 'terrifying', discovering that bears live in the wilderness or that humans do stupid things around bears while in the wilderness...

"He did what most of us wouldn't.. he dialed 911."  My brother in christ, I'm pretty damn sure that's what most of us would do too

Terrifying Discovery: I heard a theory that a group of Aztecs came to the pueblos and used cannibalism to terrorize. There is also a famous story of an Aztec priest making a garment from human skin. I never put this together with the skin walker story but maybe there is something going on there.

I don't know about the other stories, but the ranger who heard the "meows" may have been tracked by a mountain lion.   They meow.  It is not exactly like a housecat, but it is a definite meow.

Any human being who walks through the wilderness alone, is a bloody fool. For hundreds of thousands of years we went out hunting only in packs, we didnt go solo with monsters out there wanting to eat you. If we could go back in time 20,000 years and ask someone if we're doing it right, they'd probably laugh at how insane we are.
