  I’m a beginner at sourdough and baking in general. The way you share your methods and information has made it incredibly easy for me to learn and follow along, I owe you a huge thank you. Using this recipe I made delicious english muffins and because I got too lazy to make them all into english muffins, I rolled and threw that dough in a load pan and got the BEST richest, bounciest slice bread I’ve ever made

  This is my second sourdough bake and I thought it was very ambitious of me to attempt this, but your recipe and instructions are perfect! &nbsp;Hardest part was regulating the griddle temperature but we got better as we came to the end and came to &quot;know&quot; our griddle better,. &nbsp; <br><br>I plan to make these again to bring to a high tea at a friend&apos;s house in a few weeks. Thank you for sharing your expertise and sourdough wisdom with us.

  I’ve been making these on the blackstone and they come out perfect every time. I make them once a month and freeze some for later. Thank you for the video.

  I tried this recipe a few weeks ago and I must say, this is an easy recipe with excellent results. Well laid out instructions. The results were amazing, good taste and so much better than store bought by 100%. As a retired cook and food reviewer, very height marks for you. A Legacy in Thyme.

  I have made these several times. First, I made them your way, next I made them half whole wheat, and the last three times I have made them entirely from fresh ground white whole wheat. They need more time to rise in the morning, and they don’t get as puffy as the original recipe, but they are wonderful. Thank you for the inspiration.
