My wife and I have been trying a few recipes for english muffins. We want to try yours. You mention you feed your starter a 2 to 1 ratio of flour and water. But I didn't see how much starter you are using with that ratio. Would it be like 1 cup starter, 1 cup flour and a 1/2 cup water or something different? Thanks.
