  I ‘ve watched 5 interviews by Brad now. He is incredibly well prepared. He knows his subject’s books or other work and asks &nbsp;questions that elicit information the viewers want to know, or should learn about the topic.

  For me a very important signal that something is wrong and it comes before the punitive words and actions from the narcissist is that niggling feeling you have inside, it is almost a feeling of discomfort but is not a conscious thought. Unfortunately it can be easily ignored or suppressed and excuses are made for it. I think particularly if you are empathic you sense something is out of balance but it can be overpowered by the dynamics of the relationship and the need for connection. Good interview with practical suggestions.

  One thing I&apos;m recently discovering is how AI helps abusers present less like an abuser in the beginning at the talking stages for example and then as you start asking for FaceTime/Phone Calls - within 3-4 calls the masks start to slip, but AI has 100% made it easier for them to cover it in the beginning.

  <a href="https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=P_SOMoLi4EU&amp;t=2449">40:49</a> The gaslighting example of the teenager and the mother is unusual but important. &nbsp;Here the mother is not saying the daughter is crazy or too sensitive but rather ‘nice girls don’t do that’. &nbsp; Good to see where this concept can be extended.
