I absolutely love this channel. It’s no nonsense, and focuses on the cooking itself. It’s not about personalities or gimmicks, but serious real world Italian restaurant cooking. I have learned so much watching this channel, especially about the value of prep, using excellent ingredients and efficiency of movement. This really inspires me. Looks great, the pan you used for the oil gives me nightmares, the length of that handle - oof, but aside from that 10/10

One of the saddest days in my life was when the Italian chef running his restaurant in my village died, and the place where I ate Scaloppina Parmigiana for 10+ years suddenly couldn't cook anymore...
